Club Newsletter Fall 2011

We are happy to announce the fall 2011 edition of our quarterly newsletter is now available online. Just click the link below for coverage on the latest happenings at Club de Soleil, including an in-depth cover story on our new developer, Somerpointe Resorts, and recent affiliation with RCI, the world’s largest exchange company.

The fall newsletter also includes the announcement of our new shuttle service destination in Resort News and Notes, a feature on our employee of the month, and a copy (nearly life-size!) of your new Owner Accounting Statement.

You will also notice the Soleil Vacationer has been completely redesigned. We think the new streamlined look will make the content easier to read. We hope you enjoy the latest edition and its great new look. We would also like to take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year.

I need to know more about RCI exchange program. I want to transfer from Interval to RCI. How much is the membership fee and how long can I hold my vacations? Is it by days or point systems?

    • admin says:

Thank you for your interest in RCI, Aurorita. You can learn all about transferring into the world’s largest exchange system by calling the Owners Advantage Department at 877-751-3888. They will be more than happy to discuss all the options that are available to you as an RCI member.

  2. Kathleen Rice says:

Who decided about RCN, I bought into Interval International years ago.

    • admin says:

Hello, Kathleen. We affiliated with RCI to provide you with more exchange opportunities. As you know, RCI has nearly 4,500 resorts worldwide, including such quality brands as Disney, Hilton and Wyndham. If you’re worried about your Interval International membership, don’t be. We will continue to accept Interval exchanges. Thank you for writing.

  3. Anthony Downey says:

I have had my ownership in Club de Soleil for 6 years now and have used Interval International to exchange weeks. Now that you are affiliated with RCI, does that mean that my Interval International membership is useless? I just renewed my membership for 3 years with them, and would be very angry if it was a waste of money. Please respond quickly. Thanks, Anthony Downey

    • admin says:

Hello, Anthony. Our affiliation with RCI will not impact your Interval International membership in any way. You can still exchange your Club de Soleil week through Interval as long as you choose to remain a member. Thank you for writing.

  4. Janice Leong says:

Will we have to pay for two membership fees if we join RCI and still hold our Interval membership?
    Thank you

    • admin says:

Hello, Janice. If you choose to join RCI, which is an independent company from Interval International, and maintain your Interval membership, you would be required to pay a fee to both.
      Thank you for writing.
